• “That which gets measured, gets done.”

    Lamar Smith

A plan to achieve defined goals based on a good evaluation is critical to lead a balanced life. But without execution, a plan is really just an empty dream.
    RECORD YOUR PROGRESS

We’ve made clear the importance of writing down your evaluation and your goals. It’s equally important to write down the mile-markers you’ve established to get to your goals and to check them off as you walk by.

Hold yourself accountable. If it helps, have your spouse or a trusted friend work with you. Sustained improvement depends on measurement.
    HELP WHERE IT’S NEEDED

Of course, before executing your plan, you must seek professional help where needed, whether a doctor’s OK for increased physical activity, a counselor’s guidance if your mental or emotional state warrants it, or a financial professional’s help in your plan execution.

But be assured, small steps taken each day will carry you farther, faster than you ever imagined. Success leads to more success, and accomplishment in any area encourages greater success in all areas. And your improving self-image will fuel greater success.
